“Developing a new and modern building in a quiet area should enrich the neighborhood’s image and as much as possible improve the public space.

We’ve been looking for an architectural form with openings to the interiors, the terraces of the apartments are deep in the façade, which is no longer just a vertical plane, but a lively volume, animated by geometry of  this openings.

We developed ample terraces where we could, in order to encourage an open, street presence, with people who love to live outside the apartment “
